AYSOU Reports

When building your reports, you will have the ability to customize and filter these according to your individual reporting needs. You can filter by date ranges, completion status, individual bundles, Leaner groups, and training groups.

All reports can be exported in CSV format.

There are currently 7 types of reports - 2 for Instructors, another 4 for Region Admins, and a 7th for Area Admins

1. Training Bulk Assigned (Area Admin): (needs update)
2. Assessment Notes Report (Region & Area Admin): This report outlines the notes advised when a learner is assessed through the assessing app.
3. Training Event Summary Report (Region & Area Admin): This report outlines the status of each event, assessors and learners
4. Training Groups Report (Region & Area Admin): This feature allows you to group multiple training items together to help with reporting builds
5. Event Enrollment Report (Region & Area Admin): This report outlines the events and the status the learner is enrolled into.
6. Training Status Report (Instructor, & Region & Area Admin): This report will show you the training status and progress for all Learners within a selected course(s).
7. Instructor Position Report (Instructor, & Region & Area Admin): This report will show you the instructors with a selected Instructor Position.
