How to Obtain a Copy of Records from the DOJ

The DOJ strongly encourages written requests for records.

The form will go directly to the Public Records Coordinator, who facilitates the response to record requests.
If you prefer to contact the DOJ by regular mail or have copies of documents to submit in support of your request,
