AYSO Region Sign Up Process
1. Complete the Google Form: https://ayso.io/score50for50form
What’s needed to complete the form:
- RC First & Last Name
- RC Email
- Phone Number
- Region Number and City Name
- State
- How many participants (Player Count)
2. Respond to confirmation email from GivenGain
3. Receive password reset email, log in to GivenGain Region fundraiser portal
4. Attend the SCORE x Given Gain Webinar on Wednesday, July 29th, invite via email from GivenGain
5. Once you receive your login credentials make sure to only share the donation link- not the admin link you received.

WEEK 2: August 8 – 14, 2025 The charity that raises the most this week will win Custom Uniforms for 200 players.
WEEK 3: August 15 – 21, 2025 The charity that receives the most donations this day will win 50 coaches packs.
WEEK 4: August 22 – 28, 2025 Charities that raise at least $5,050 this week will be entered to win one of three $1,000 equipment allotments.
