Troubleshooting AYSOU Error Message
Please read the following instructions if you are trying to access AYSOU and receive the error message below.
1. Log on to your Sports Connect account through the Region’s website that you are volunteering for.
2. Click on the 'Volunteer' tab and click on the pencil icon ✎ to see the 'Details' page.
3. Click on the pencil icon ✎ to see the 'Details' page.
Note: Notice the missing AYSO Admin ID under the volunteer’s name. If it is missing, this is a hint as to why you are receiving this error message.
4. On the 'Details' page, scroll down and click 'Save'.
5. You will be returned to your home page.
6. On the upper right-hand side, click on the Profile Gear.
7. On the Account Holder Settings, scroll down and click on Save.
You should now be able to access AYSOU. If you continue to experience issues accessing AYSOU, please contact us at support@ayso.org.
