Unsubscribing a Volunteer From Emails
As an admin of your region’s website, you have access to unsubscribing volunteers from emails.
If you are an admin of your region’s website, you can proceed with the steps below:
1. Go to your region’s website.
2. Click the ‘Login’ button located at the top right of the screen.
3. On the top menu bar, go to the ‘Email’ tab and click ‘Manage Email Subscription’.
4. Once you are on the ‘Manage Email Subscription’ page, you will be able to search for the volunteer that needs to be unsubscribed.
5. Once you have filtered your search, the volunteers will be listed. You can also check off multiple volunteers. Check them off on the left-hand side and click the ‘Unsubscribe Emails’ on the bottom right-hand side.
6. After clicking the ‘Unsubscribe Emails’ button, the subscription status will change and there will be a message that the volunteers were successfully unsubscribed.
