Volunteer Certs Tracker Tool

The CVPA, Referee Admin and Coach Admins all are tasked with ensuring that volunteers have completed all the required training and certification. This information can, for the most part, be found in the Dynamic Certificate Data Report. However this report, while useful, can be unwieldy - it is very large (currently more than 65 columns, and all (or most) of your past volunteers.

There is a tool that is being maintained by a member of the AYSO Mobile First + Association Platform Band group that has proven very useful for tracking the required certifications.

The tool resides as a shared google sheet - along with some instructions:
