Using Divvy for Player Registrations

When you accept cash or checks for the registration payments, and then use your Divvy card to register the player, there are a few steps that need to be taken.
Ideally, your Divvy account will have a NAP code code of Registration Fees. If you don't, please reach out to Finance@AYSO.Org and let us know. We'll be happy to help get that corrected.
Both the deposit of the Cash and the Expense from the Divvy card will cancel each other out. The revenue is then recognized once the deposit comes in from Blue Sombrero.
