Divvy/Disputing Transactions

From the website
- From the Transactions page, select the transaction wanting to dispute.
- Select on the Transactions details and click Dispute transaction.
- Select Dispute type:
- Fraud
- Discrepancy
Fraud:
- Select Cancel Card and Continue. (Card will be terminated)
- Physical card: order new one.
- Virtual card: delete the card and create a new one.
*Note: It may take up to 90 days for dispute to be reviewed. After a resolution has been made, fraud specialist will contact you.
Discrepancy:
- Choose dispute type.
**Note: Before disputing transaction, it is recommended to contact the merchant first to resolve the discrepancy issue.
- Fill out questionnaire form (please be detailed) and click submit.
From the mobile app
- On the Transactions page, select the transaction wanting to dispute.
- Click on three dots and select Dispute transaction.
- Select Fraud or Discrepancy.

- Select reason for the dispute.
- Scroll down to see all options.

- Fill out questionnaire form (please be detailed) and click submit.
